Take things Easy – Just Smile

Take things Easy – Just Smile

In our life’s journey, two types of individuals are observed; the OPTIMIST who sees that the good in life overbalances the bad and the PESSIMIST who sees the evils of life overbalance the happiness it affords. It is indeed sad to see an individual go through life viewing only the bad things and dwelling on the problems that come his way. By so doing, he just simply misses all the beauty God has placed upon the earth.

It is a MUST for us to possess the positive outlook of life even during our trying times, we must not lose hope. Like the lines of the song of a popular Filipino Singer, Freddie Aguilar, “Tawanan mo ang iyong problema” (Laugh at the face of your problems); smiling at it, makes one feel happy and while smiling even more, it gets one even happier, thereby offering a sensational relief. There is no substitute to happiness.

A Smile may cure all situations at times but in terms of getting us-past a small dose of the blues, it can somehow help lift the sense of sadness that is being experienced. Research says, it takes 72 muscles to frown and only 14 to smile. – a big difference indeed!

A Smile is a universal language that absolutely brings joy to both the giver and the receiver.

A Smile costs nothing but gives much.

A Smile enriches those who receive, without the giver getting poorer.

A Smile takes but a moment; the memory of it however is everlasting.

A Smile creates happiness in the home.

A Smile fosters goodwill in business as it is a countersign of friendship.

A Smile brings rest to the weary as it cheers to the discouraged.

A Smile is a sunshine to the sad and it is nature’s best antidote for trouble.

No one is so rich or mighty enough that he can go along without it, and no one is so poor that individuals can be made rich by it. Yet it can not be bought, begged, borrowed or stolen for it is something that is of no value at all to anyone until it is given away.

For any reasons, some perhaps are too tired of sharing and giving you a smile; worry not, just give them one of yours as no one needs a smile so much as he who has no more to give.

Smile and the world will smile with you, but when you cry, you’ll cry all alone. Do not wait to feel happy so that you can smile – Smile instead so that happiness will be in you.. JUST TAKE THINGS EASY… SMILE, SMILE and SMILE !!!
